How to Apply

Reception

Our Reception class offers a caring and inspiring start to school life, where children grow in confidence and develop a love of learning. We would love to welcome you for a visit. To arrange a tour or ask any questions, contact us on 020 7802 1909 or email. 

If you would like to apply for a space at Pimlico Primary in September 2026, there are three ways to do this:

• apply online via Westminster City Council
• contact schooladmissions@westminster.gov.uk to request a paper application form and return it directly to Westminster City Council; or
• contact our school office, and they will be happy to guide you through the process.

Families outside Westminster are welcome to apply. The deadline is 15 January 2026, and we recommend applying a few days early. For late applications, please contact the school for support.

In-Year Admissions 

Each year, we welcome a number of families who join us partway through their child’s education.  We work hard to support them to settle in and make friends as quickly as possible, allowing them to thrive academically and socially while making the most of our extra-curricular opportunities.

We warmly invite prospective parents and carers to visit our school to learn more about our school community.  To arrange a visit or if you have any questions, please telephone our office on 020 7802 1909 or email.

To apply, please complete and return an in-year application form to the school office. Paper copies are available from the office. Families from other London boroughs are also welcome.

Appeals

If you have not been offered a place following an in-year application, the law entitles you to appeal to an Independent Appeal Panel. For more information or to submit an appeal for in-year admissions, click here.
