Our Site

Pimlico Primary is located on Lupus Street, in the heart of Pimlico. This is an exciting part of Westminster, close to famous landmarks such the Houses of Parliament, Buckingham Palace and Tate Britain.

The school opened in September 2013 in a new building built especially for us. We share a site with Pimlico Academy, which gives us unique access to a large assembly hall for performances, the school restaurant for lunch, and the large astroturf for PE lessons. We also have our own dedicated outdoor areas for the primary, including a recently renovated playground and games area and our own nature walk.  

Our youngest children’s learning is based on the ground floor, in our spacious Reception classrooms, which helps to ensure a calm start to the day and where our teachers set up a variety of engaging and purposeful learning activities. Reception classes have their own outdoor space, which provides the ideal environment for children to develop their confidence and creativity while having fun.
